I had taken a connection in Charkop Kandivali from Hathway in 2014-16. I used to face no internet issue. Many times it was off for 2-3 days, and mostly Saturday Sundays. Even there customer service does not even bother my issue. They just keep saying our technicians can't come in weekdays after 6 pm or you need to schedule te repair/issue fixing on Saturday. I was just paying around 2700 with taxes for 3 months and around 7-8 days of the month with no internet.
The worst service ever I experienced. After using 2 years of the worst service I have moved to cable net from S* broadband. It was really very great. In just 600 rs per month I was getting 3 mbps constant speed without any interruption.
Even after disconnection I have moved to USA for 1 year and they kept sending legal notice to get their modem back. What the hell their service is.
