Only get the connection when you don't have anyother option. I used airtel for 2 years and my experience with airtel in everything is superb good service, no disconnection, good speed but hathway just have the promised speed but nothing else bad support, frequently disconnects, their servers remains inactive for a day too its slightly cheaper than airtel but misses these very critical points.
Though I had billing issues with airtel when I moved from my previous place but yet again their service was good. Also hathway comes with cable modem which doesn't support ADSL Modem + wifi connector hence I purchased a separate wireless router for it accounting an additional cost.
