A Grade for disappointment, lousy morons never keep speed/service/promise.
Not worthy for the payment they charge. I've called Hathway customer service multiple times they never respond to the query, the agents deny to escalate the call to supervisor.
I was talking to the agent (Chetan Singh - Technical Department) and he placed the call on mute n hung up on me.
The download speed promised to me was 50MBPS and 5MBPS was the offering. Multiple times I reached for the issue to be fixed with no results.
Overall I won't rate a 1 out of scale of 10.
