Today I am going to review about a Internet Service Provider - Hathway Broadband.
Hathway Broadbands are Tv cable provider and internet providers in India. These are one of the largest ISP in Mumbai, India. But complaints and queries from Hathway Broadband are increasing day by day and people are going less reliable on it.
Here are some reasons why people are going less reliable and its demerits.
Here are they : -
WORST INTERNET CONNECTION
Its low speed Interner connection and unstable Tv connection has made it the most horrible internet provider. Anytime its speed may go down and you have to suffer and it mostly occurs when you are doing an important, it suddenly crashes and your whole work just stops.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES
The customer services of Hathway Broadband are damn extremely poor. There is no one to pick up calls and when they pick up they give us no idea to solve our problem and say that wait, your connection will we solved in sometime. And actually, it never solves.
NOT REFUNDING MONEY.
I made my connection with Hathway broadband and submitted the whole money. But my area is not easlily feasable for the connection. By saying this they took off the connection and didnt returned the money also.
