Hello guyz I m sharing my opinion about hathway broadband from past 4 month I m usinfg this broadband the most unethical and unprofessional ISP in Hyderabad.It's my personal feeling.Like many others I was lured by the Sales Person's promise of uninterrupted high speed internet and the freebie(free Router-whic turned out to be a junk item within a week's usage).You call the customer care for tech help, the collection person appears at your door step for realization of unpaid bill.
I tried a hundred times to impress upon the dumb tele callers that there is some tech problem with my connection which needs to be attended first than asking me for payment, fell on deaf ears. This is going for the last 3 months.dont goo with this broadband.thank you.
