I was Using their service for My office.
Our office cannot function without internet , so we decided to go for Hathway brand as they are well established and reputed , however my expectations were refuted.
I was shattered by their service and support as they could not solve the issue inspite of repeated complaints.
we were assured refund of subscription amount
but nothing happened and we were forced to change our Internet service provider.
we had paid 1 years charges in advance , which was not at all worth.
I would suggest every one to stay away from hathway if you want peacful internet experience.
