I moved to Hyderabad in Jan 2016 and after settle down I inquired a reasonable internet plan and ended on hathway braodband as it was in my budget. Initial days its service was awesome but after few weeks I face fluctuating speeds and disconnected net. I called many time to the hathway customer care they came back and corrected it. Again after few days same problem. I remember I called them 7-8 times a day many time, most of the time operator responded we wiil call back you shortly as other executives are busy attending other calls but they never reach back to us.
Finally I requested to disconnect the services as the money back kind of funda is not available in Hathway. After scolding them badly they corrected my serve and except those 2 months of bad experience we are now facing good service from last 6 months. Now we have good uninterrupted internet speed constantly.
From last 6 months we are getting continuously good speed and no disturbance, that's why I can't write a negative review of Hathway as they finally corrected their services but it should not be happen after bad customer experiences. I would suggest go with hatway only when they have proper cabling and transponder establishment in your area because bad service is copyright of every company, even beam cable also does the same with my friends. you have to select your service provider based on local area people experience and not only on brand name.
