All those going for an internet connection, don't even think about Hathway, one frustating aspect would be getting through the call center number, then another would be to have the internet service working and then another callenge would be to have it working all the time. As for me, in 1 month of hathway internet, it worked very good for initial 2 weeks, thereafter began the real torture, of either no connection or frequent disconenction @ 2-3 disconnections in an hour. So people with critical usage like, doing online shopping, loggin into secure sites or connecting to their respective company VPN networks.
Hathway should not be even considered for any of these as you never know when the connection will break and you'll be hung up midway or will get "Page not found" error. I did the mistake of going for their Rs.500 for 512 kbps connection and paid the advance for 3 months. But all of you people, don't ever commit this mistake, since now that I am fed up of their disconnected service of 1 month, calling up their Call center and listening to a new excuse everytime, they are not returning my balance money and providing a good service, they never knew the concept it seems.
