I had brought 3 Haier 1.5 Ton AC about 5 months back. After long negotiations with the dealer I cud get it for Rs. 14400/= a piece. Generally the AC is Good. Main disadvantage of the product is a bit more noise and just sufficient cooling during peak temprature. A bit of more noise reduction and Cooling wud have done wonders for the product. The remote works fine.
Cooling is great during night. During day time its sufficient. Noise is a concern but its ok if u are not used to Voltas or Hitachi AC. Service is also gud but for that u have to directly call the HaierIndia call center. they also provide 1 Service Free during the 1 first year of purchase.
I called up the customer care to check the noise I was geeting in my AC and within 48 Hrs of call the technician was at my place. After correcting the noise which was due to some loose screws, he only offered us to servide the ACs free of cost told us that the company offers 1 free service during the 1st year of purchase which was not known to me.
