I don’t even know how and where to begin. From the day of instalment (which was not even a month back) till date, I regret having bought Hafele product. The service is sooo bad and the technicians are rude, ill mannered, liars and incompetent. I have a three burner hob out of which one burner works fine and the rest of the two burners take forever to get lit and then also may just cut off anytime. I have to keep checking every few seconds if it’s still burning. In spite of numerous complaints no technician comes and if at all they do come, they will not do their job, instead they will try to convince you that you don’t know how to operate it.
