I mainly joined HackerEarth in 2015 because of my love for ethical hacking techniques and I was relatively happy with my stint with the company.
They mainly specialises in white hat techniques and train people in that.
The salary was moderate and can be sustainable but there was not much of other allowances.
The company was still pretty new that time and hence the management couldn't guarantee any job security.
The promotional opportunities were very less a d you would have to wait for your turn.
There were some real hacking experts available in the workplace and they were amicable to work and interact with.
The management was experienced though and had a good grip over the sector they overlooking.
The boss didn't talkative much but was a hard taskmaster and had bad relations with many employees because of that.
