customer service : they are slow in giving service to the customer but it doesnt matter when u got the good quality of refurbished product at low cost .
Product quality : it was good quality of cell as I think and dreampt it was like that .
Delivery time : they take bit more time to deliver my parcel but when I got my cell I was happy .
app& websites : both are effcetive and ease to use
