Hello guys as I m a event worker I travel in various hotel lastly when at Grand Hyatt as my event was going to start at 12pm but they didn't maintained the hall clear as there was some another event was going it was pretty bad that my event workers were standing out for work but the hall was not empty as after 40 minutes at 12: 40 the hall got empty that to with full of dust particles and for cleaning it they toke 20 minutes just think about thier punctuality of time it's very disappointing my event managers shouted and yeld on me as it was my fault to choose this hotel but I didn't thought that this could have happen the experience that I got from this hotel was very very bad that's all about Grand Hyatt Mumbai thank you for reading it.
