Grand Hotel is situated right on the mall road and gives you a commanding view of the beautiful Naini lake. All local markets are at stone's throws distance. Staff is extremely courteous and strikes a personal bond with you, supervise your dinner/breakfast paying great attention to detail.
They have sit outs in the balcony which gives u amazing views. We mostly preferred taking lunch/dinners at the Mall road but on couple of occasions when we ordered food inhouse, it was amazing - low on oil, high on taste. Manager Ankur has an endearing personality.
