I used to love gopala but now I hate it. The reason behind this is the quality. The quality of staff as well as the quality of food has all gone down. But one thing has increased -the price.
The staff here merrily talk to each other and tend to ignore the customer. The food is not delicious anymore like it used to be before. The presentation of food has also taken a dip. This place is small and often crowded making it even more difficult to place an order. The ambience is not very good and there is no place to sit either.
Customer service is very bad and so is the packaging.
