Hi, guys I am gym lover and I gym regularly, but the worst experience I had in gold gym as the staff there was very unprofessional, and other way the infrastructure of the gym is good but as compare to the members the space available is not appropriate and they also have limited number of machines and lose weight available in gym due to this most of the time you have to weight for your turn for having exercise on a particular machine. So I left after only one week, so guys dont go in rushed gym as the time of every person is precious.
