As everyone knows about harmful effects of smoking, It kills you slowly, it is a slow poison. If you really want to die, do something good so that people remember you even after your Death. Well, I chose Gold Flake because this cigarette is having maximum amount of Nicotine content and harms your lungs instantly. It accumulates carbon around your lungs.
In my opinion, one should never try smoking but if one is really addicted and wants to get rid of it, then switch to a milder cigarette and smoke only once or twice a day.
I suggest black clove or classic is a better option and gradually you can quit smoking completely.
In Ayurveda, we have remedies also which will help you in quitting cigarettes.
So, overall, if anybody smokes, avoid Gold Flake at least, it will harm your health and your family too.
