Very bad experience. Booked a bus on Goibibo, the bus got cancelled on the day of travel they asked me to book another bus and the amount paid will be refunded.
Never got the amount as refund, i keep on raising tickets and they close the ticket without solving. What kind of non sense is this, so i request everyone to avoid booking through Goibibo as refund is never guaranteed
