Recently, I had used your service of car detailing service Ref no-390366 on 4 Aug 2019 by R K car care(8867758817) & my car has been given to them at 11:00am on 4th August.
I feel cheated and I am disgruntled by this service, due to following,
1.Seat covers instead of being clean after shampooing have lot of fibers and threads over it making it appear shabby.
My pen drive is missing
Ambiance fresher in my car has also been broken
entire car is smelling due to wet surface
Have tried calling several times to your customer center no one picked my call, have tried whatsup no one replied.
mailed the team 4 times no reply.
Sucksssssss. never go with this people.
