Have a 30 years policy with Go Leisure since 2015. Not used a single time. When I asked to book hotel according to contract norms, I got answer that you cant book a suite and was told by staff why you need suite if you are 3 what really annoyed me. When I said it was told that I can book suite upto 4* any where in world they said it is expensive for us and just go with Double bed. And for this Go Leisure asked me to pay AMC(charges)+ TRANSACTION CHARGES-which was coming upto 200£(20, 000 Rs roughly) exactly the same amount needed for double ROOM if you book it directly with Hotel(So what is use of my policy)
I will urge people to check rates directly with hotel or any other website before you go through Go leisure. You might get better deal than this.
I have decided to break the contract and for this they will just refund me 40% from what I have paid. I WILL HANDLE THIS LEGALLY NOW.
