I am sorry there is no provision for zero star. This company doesnt even deserve one.
They are cheaters, beggars and fraudsters. Do fall prey to them. They ask for money while booking. Also they do not provide good hotels. The ones they provide are like lodges. And the rooms given in those hotels are the worst they have in hotel. There is no service of any sort. Pick and drop is only assured but not provided. I had to face a lot of trouble to make last moment arrangements.
Very painful to do booking, the hotels catalogue they showed by buying their Service is very different. They dont give any of such hotels. That is shown just for attraction. Secondly they have very poor and worst unsafe hotels listed in their forum from where they book.
