I paid 2.75lacs for membership. They have failed to provide:

Free Gym membership to me and my spouse
Could not arrange AC hall for family events
Asked to arrange tour at Amritsar. They arranged normal hotel and also asked for Rs. 6000/-. Instead I could book 3 star hotel after reaching there, as hotel booked by them was below my standard.

I then asked to cancel my contract as they have not been able to provide any services. They verbally refused to pay and cancel. They refused to give the same in setting and are not replying to my emails.

Now I have left with option of taking legal course only. Please avoid them in totality. They don't have any association with hotels. They just book using websites.
