I have taken membership in Jan. 2016 with lots of promise about good and comfortable services for holidays planning and many other arrangements from Vashi Office through Mr. Pravin Kamble.
My First experience is very bad as I have not get any booking for year end 2016 though I have made my first request in Septembe 2016( 4 Months In Advance) Firstly they replied that it is too early and asked me to request again in November 2016. when I Request again in November, They replied me that due to year end all the resort has been sold out. Thus My vacation was ruined due to poor and non professional service of Global Connect.
At that time their representative assured me that this will not happened again.
Second time I made request on 14th April for my holiday asking for booking on 19th May 2017. This time too Same reply asking to request again on 28th April.
But on 22nd April their representative firstly told me that all the leading hotels and resorts has been sold out and offer me some hotels which are not upto standard. They also asked me to choose only from the option as their are not availability at any other resort .
I have personally visit T Pune office and met Mr. Manish Mehta( Branch Manager). He give me some resort option and assured me about booking. He also give me his personal and official phone number, but whenever called him he has not responded.
Meantime by email assured me that the booking will be confirmed by 9th May 2017.
But till 17th May my booking was not confirmed by the office
on 18th May( Just 1 day before my holiday) one Miss Sharayu Called me and asked me to change the date as the booking is not confirmed.
I visit the office again and after some angry discussion she give me booking confirmation for my holiday just 1 day before.
After all this unprofessional things, at least one thing is good that the resort given to me is very good, and we have enjoyed a lot.
