Member No.1320. Availed trip to Shimla, Manali. The hotel booked by Global connect was quite ordinary and quite shabby. It was not star hotel as promised by co.
I Hv tried to contact co since Dec 2016 for my trip to Go a. No response. Seems my 70k has gone down the drain. Pl do something.
They have offered complimentary package to Goa, Kerala. But its very difficult to get booking as per our requirement. It was to be availed withing one year of becoming member. But co. keeps extending the period at their sweet will. They give strange reasons and avoid booking the trip under this scheme. At last they have informed that this is afte rall complimentary package. Unable to know whether we will be able to get this facility at all.
Even for usual bookings, its extremely difficult to get timely service from staff at Pune office. Staff keeps changing and we have to keep informing our needs several times. Very difficult to get timely response for our email communications
