My Contract with the company was taken when it was in the nascent stages and it included Goa as destination as well. I had specific requirements due to my service, like I cannot make a request at more than 7 days notice period time, which was agreed to(Unfortunately only verbally).
I have done some successful bookings as well at certain locations and for OK to good category hotels, but the effort and time that went in to get through the booking was really painful. Also they tried to compensate me for some of their mistakes. I have made more than 10 days bookings at various places on my own just because I know I would only end up wasting time and several places I booked because they couldn't provide. The staff still talks sweet but the results are not fruitful.
