I am Neha Parswani( Membership no:GCM0696). All the good reviews on mouthshut are fake and this company has mostly shut down because they don't receive calls and they do not reply to our e-mails.
In the beginning they lured us into getting the membership by offering various benefits like cheap booking of 4*5* hotels, two movie tickets per month, parlour services, etc but lately since a month or two we haven't been able to get any of these services. Recently, we wanted to book a hotel so we told them to book two rooms since I have two adult children so they replied saying that the other room would be charged according to tariff. At the time of providing membership they had clearly mentioned that we could get both rooms for Rs 8000 each for 6N/7D and not according to tariff and this is clearly stated in our agreement. They asked us to send a pic of our agreement so we did, but it has been a week and all our attempts to contact them have failed. Falling prey to their trap was a big mistake. We had read the reviews on mouthshut before taking the membership. That time too we had doubts so we asked global connect instead and they said it was only an attempt to defame the company by competitive companies. But now we know that all the complaints are true. Be careful and please don't believe them.
