They are completely fraud and waste of money. Review on Global Connect, Navi Mumbai

Global Connect Holidays is completely fraud company with unprofessional staff below are my suffering story with them.

I went to Inorbit mall Vashi Navi Mumbai with my wife.  We were doing shopping in Shoppers Stop. They were providing voucher by saying that Shoppers Stop has launched promotional scheme to win gift voucher. Please fill the form.

After feeling the form actual  cheating game begins. Next day they call me sir you have selected for the gift voucher.  We have three gifts(Kitchen Set, 6 nights 7 days trip voucher and 10000 off on shopping  jewelry from Tara Jewelers) for you. Come with your wife and collect your gift. They told me that their will be 45 session, they will introduction about Global Connect Holidays and their various scheme.

I visited their with my wife. They taken 1.5 hours in Introduction about Global Connect Holidays, their schemes and convincing the customer by doing big fake promises. We did by there membership by paying 70000 which is the biggest mistake of our life. At the time of swapping of card they told me that there will be zero processing fee and zero EMI. But they did not converted my payment into EMI. Now I have convert my Rs. 70000 into EMI for that I have to pay 2 percent processing fee and 12.5 percent interest. Now they are not ready to Convert amount into EMI by saying that "Sir due to technical issue your amount could not be converted into EMI.  Convert it  into EMI by calling to Bank at your end and we will give you cashback". Which I again a fraud and false commitment.  When I did fight with him  on call for this issue, they told that this was technical fault etc. I told him about Global Connect Holidays review on MothShut, they told that reviews on MothShut is paid and done by competitors. MothShut is asking 12 lacks to delete the review which is blame on MothShut. When I asked to return the money they told that sir plan your trip, if we will fail to provide you service, we will refund your money.

I planned my Goa trip  using Holidays gift voucher(Trip using Holidays gift voucher was Committed by sales representative Mukesh). I did mail to book hotel to customer care, they provided list of cheap hotels(They did promised for good 3 star and 4 star hotel). I doing too many mails and fighting on mail they provided a good hotel. When I replied to book that hotel the booking representative Arosh told that "Sir gift voucher quota is not available till Jun-2017, Use your membership days". I told him that sales representative Mukesh committed for booking using gift voucher. Then Arosh told to me that "I am the person for booking, booking is done by me only. Quota is not available when it will be available, booking will be done only." Talked with me in very rude and unprofessional manner. They even did not told me about quota in gift voucher ever. When I called to sales person Mukesh and asked him about it. He told me nothing I quota like thing in gift voucher. He told me that he will talk with booking department and will resolve the issue.

After sending more than 30 mails and fighting on call they provided the booking but they did not provided pick up and drop facility. When I called for pick up and drop facility they told me that sir book the taxi for pick up and drop by yourself we will reimburse the amount. I did send the more than 10 mails but they did not replying at all.

Guy's they did not reimburse  my credit card processing fee, service tax, and interest amount as well  pick up and drop  fare.

Guy's Global Connect Holidays is completely fraud company with unprofessional staff. I am suffering from day one after taking membership for each and everything and now fighting daily to return the money.

My issue still not resolved but on mouth shut it is showing issue resolved.

Hope if Global Connect Holidays will read this review they will refund my money if they have little bit shame.

After fighting alot on call with customer care they were not ready to return my money. After fighting on call I visited and their Vashi office and I decided not to leave the office unless and untill they will not be agree to refund my membership amount.  Waiting since 1:30 to 7:30, finally I communicated with one of the directors Mr.Vikrant, He promised that they will refund the money within 45 days.

Now let's see they will keep their words again or not. I am waiting for refund.

After giving the timelines for refund 22-jun on mail they still didn't given me refund.

We have done the complaint against them in Police station. Police called them in police station. They agreed for refund again but the way and amount they are refunding to me no one will agree for refund. As per their calculation they are giving me only 20 percent of membership amount. They are deducting the 15000 as membership charges 28 percent GST. In their earlier mail they were agreed to deduct the 10% of total Membership amount and will refund rest of amount. And Now in police station they are giving me nonsense calculations of refund.

Guys whoever reading the review please don't fall into their trap. They are making fool to innocent people and looting our money. They will never provide service to you and you will also have to face the issue what I am facing now. And police will also not help you by saying that it is an Civil case please go to cosumer Court.
