One of the most popular and reputed chimney with pathetic service by Glen Appliances. This company is listed in top three. Not sure if there service is bad now or from starting they are treating their customer as bad. I have called many times and continuously follow-up for installation but finally they took 10 days to get it installed. The style and design is good. The fireplace may be not good, my entire house might have been full for smoke. No Contrast utilizing fireplace previously, then then afterward. They need to improve their service and quality of product. It looks like the maintenance will be heavily charged but good point it comes with lifetime warranty. The installation only cost me Rs 500. Not sure what more I need to invest. I am not happy to have this installed in my house.
