Last year I visited Savannah in Georgia during my vacation. As I was going to my hotel from the airport, I could see the beautiful historic architectural work and good old trees that must be atleast 100 years old! Savannah I visited because I wanted to spend my vacation by not only having fun but also learning while having fun. Believe, there is not a better place where you can at one time be seeing one of the oldest cities in the U.S while within minutes you can enjoy the fresh and open air found at the Savannah port.
Another reason why Savannah attracts tourists is because of its good year-wide weather conditions. After visiting Savannah, I found the weather to be very similar to the weather we find here in Bombay except during August-November the area around Savannah (and sometimes Savannah too) experience hurricane.
In conclusion, if you are thinking of a vacation spot, Savannah should always be on your list!
