Be careful - Geojit is giving a hopeless service, especially the branch in HAL, Bangalore. They don't treat customers as humans, from day one, I am facing problems with them.
From the manager to the agent, for example - who guides us regarding the trade or any fund transactions.
They don't have little patience, in talking to the customer, especially one Female by the name LAKSHMI and Sharmista and their manager, and they treat us as if we are their servants.
Overall, they respect only those who invest money in Lakhs together, one who is having funds in thousands, they don't see at all. just rough and tough, reply and we should listen to them and proceed, if we don't want to take the risk, then they show their original color. means suddenly they will shout and talk in a different tones and shout at us.
Really very hopeless people and their service. D-Grade people who don't respect customers. only worried about their profit let the customer suffer or die. they don't care at all.
