Geojit is giving a hopeless service in Bangalore - HAL. From the manager to the agent, all are in the same category. They don't treat customers as humans at all.
They don't have little patience, while talking to the customer, especially one FEMALE by the Name LAKSHMI and her manager Saritha, they treat us as if we are their servants and we should just listen to their orders and follow them, suppose if we are in lose
and our amount is on toss also we should not ask any questions and we should not expect any answer from them.
If we don't do that, then they show their original color. That time they become very rude and they use all sorts of rash words and they suddenly shout at us and talk in different tones.
Overall, they respect only those who invest money in Lakhs together, one who is investing in thousands, those people are not at all considered, they don't care at all and handle them very roughly.
According to me, GEOJIT is really very hopeless and D-Grade people and in their service. They don't respect customers at all? Usually, they don't think, of us only they are running their business, But instead, they are only worried about their Money and their comforts, mean to say what amount comes to their account.
Just because of them, Let the customer suffers or dies. They don't care at all. This is the ultimate Goal they have in their mind.
