Wondering where the bike and car ads are shot in India?
absolutely smooth tarmac. not a single ditch in over 18kms!
road as clean as that abroad.
no traffic!
You got to visit Amby Valley. everyone cannot get inside(rich man's land) but till the entrance is well worth the trip.
This place is approx 21kms from Lonavala's which is the road continues ahead from bhushi dam and its a dream come true to drive on it.
The expressway is just put a stone on the pedal and play a boring videogame until it scares you when a volvo bus roars and passes you when you speedo is touching 105kmph.
While this is the real stuff. winding roads, blind corners, graceful uphill and fast downhill. experienced bikers even peg on the curves here(80kms at curve and touch the knee on the road like the pros) because the road is that good.
Sahara Ltd. is in Limca book of records to plant some 125, 256 saplings longtime back. But might also qualify for the first longest streach of tarmac road in India without potholes HAHAHA and an additional record for keeping it that way for last many years:D
