In Noida when buying a flat..pls.do check additional money needs to be paid over and above registery
I mean Noida authority would check if you are not first buyer and would take penalty in the tune of 4-5 lacks for 70 lac cost flat before registery..
This is because flat owners has not done registery and Noida authority knows it..
Ownwr we saying he will be paying transfer charges is actually his understanding with builder..
Authority will not entertain endorsement registery..
How buying flat is also imp..my suggestion is either register flat or direct from builder or reduce that mush cost of flat cost while discussing with owner.
My my this 2 month learning will help all who all are looking for clarity here...
