*this configuration is quite enough for everything guys, and this is Maximum Best Pc Under Low Budget "*
Processor: AMD Phenom ii x6 1090 t @ 3.2 ghz " well guys this is a six core processor is equivalent to core i7 in intel, iam suggesting u this because their is a huge variation in price.and performance is perfectly same.*
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H, well this the best motherboard for this cpu and it has got all the features guys, it has four memory slots, on board graphics, and 7.1 audio channel*

*price ranges at 7-8k*
Memory:=Kingston Hyper X T1(2*4 gb)= 8gb ram DDR3 1333mhz, == well it has the best reviews got from the users and its the best in the market and give good clocking speed at higher levels.*

*we can own each 4gb slot for 2.2k approx, so total of 4.5k*
Video Card: Sapphire HD 6870(1gb) DDR5 this is awarded as the best video card upto now under 12k budget and it has enormous graphics it can run high fps games.*

*we can get this for around for 12k*
Hard Drive ==: well we can choose our best as we have 2 best brands, == seagate or westren digital and memory of 1tb @ 2500k*

Monitor: choose Dell/Samsung/Lg Led displays @ 20 or 22 " respectively, as of july 2011 we can get this @ 8-10k and remember that monitor should have HDMI option *

Atx-Cabinet ==: No compromise in this guys this will the most important as it controls all the temperatures, go for cooler master with an smps of 500 watts== . this will cost u around 4k*

*==Dvd-Rw: ==As we still dont have Blu-Ray Demand in our market, normal sata dvd writer is enough to write and read discs, go with Light-Scribe/Asus/Lg Respectively it costs u around 1000-1500/-*

Speakers: In the present market regarding pc sony and creative rules, both have demand. as per best I prefer sony 5.1 for best quality sound from Pc. it costs around 4.5 - 5k*

*==Keyboard+Mouse=: well as this is a Gaming pc go for gaming kb and mouse.*

*Use Windows 7(any-version) 32/64 bit operating system
