I recently enrolled in the "Coding for Everyone Python" course by GeeksforGeeks, and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. Here's why:
False Advertising of Live Sessions: The course is advertised as having live sessions, but in reality, you only get access to pre-recorded videos. There's no opportunity for real-time interaction with instructors or fellow students, which is a crucial part of effective learning.
Non-Existent Support: The support system is virtually non-existent. If you have any queries or issues, expect to wait between 7 to 15 days for a response, and when you finally get one, it's usually unsatisfactory and does not resolve your problem.
No Refund Policy: Once you enroll, there's no turning back. They have a strict no refund policy, even if you find the course not up to the mark or different from what was promised.
Inflexible Scheduling: The course schedule is rigid with no flexibility to accommodate different availability. If the timing doesn't suit you, tough luck – there's no option to switch to another batch.
Deceptive Referral System: GeeksforGeeks seems to be more interested in getting referrals through influencers who earn hefty affiliate commissions, rather than providing quality education. This feels like a trap designed to lure students with false assurances.
In summary, I would strongly advise against enrolling in this course. It's a trap with false promises and inadequate support. Save your time, money, and effort for a more reputable platform that truly values its students and delivers on its promises. Do not get trapped by GeeksforGeeks and their misleading marketing tactics
