They have the slowest cargo service in India. Before paying them they will call you you like hundreds of time to get the business. Once paid every thing seems delayed. You have to call them hundreds of times to pick things up. Even while wrapping they do not handel the delicate objects nicely. They charge humongous amount to wrap things up. They quality of packing things is poor. The staff seems inexperienced.
The porters are supremely rude to you. The in-charge person seem to care least. Once the payment is done, they never receive your call.
The delivery too is delayed sighting fake reasons. They ask for extra money for every things you ask them to do.
