I had purchased a t-shirt and a basket from future bazaar when the Rs.250 discount was happening in future bazaar. Like few have mentioned here, I too got the product very late mentioning the reason as warehouse relocation.
There were many issues with delivery later too as they couldnt arrange the delivery on specified dates.Later it was delivered at a nearby house.I realized that the t-shirt was defective and started emailing the CC of future bazaar.They asked fro the photos of the item and confirmed the defect.I made all confirmation regarding the refund, courier charges etc and they emailed me on that too.But once they received the item, they changed their promises and confirmations they gave.Instead of refunding the amount to the wallet now they issued me a Clearance Sale discount voucher which can only be used with Rs.500 purchase within 2 weeks of issue of the voucher.Not only that, for the 2nd product which I had bought along with this, I had to pay the full amount.
We have to send the courier to return the defective item and they would send a Rs.100 discount coupon which should be used in a month.The major issue for me was the cheating they did by promising something before sending the defective item and offering something else pathetic after receiving the item.
