I have ordered a Panasonic Rice cooker from Future Bazaar on 6th July. They have mentioned that the delivery date be 13th July. I have waited till 14th July. There is no communication. Neither there is any shipment information sent to me, nor any message conveying the delay in shipment.
After I called the Customer care, the response is it will take another 4 days to deliver. I have waited another 4 days, now they are saying that, there is no stock and hence my order will get cancelled. On top of that, it will take 1 day for the cancellation and 3 days for refund initiation(to credit card) and another 10 days to get money credited.
These are a bunch of cheaters. Never ever fall for the offers from Futurebazaar.com.
