I have been with most of the online shopping sites and FutureBazar is the worst among them. Never ever get trapped by the elegant website, they have only offers and no Products! I recently ordered a much costly shirt(Website was much attractive and gave zoomed finer views of the cloth and even button, which distinguishes FB with other online sites).
They promised to deliver the good within a week and there was no information for long. Most pathetic is the customer service, which takes more than two days to reply to any mail sent to them. They canel the order without informing the customers and never say anything about the refund! They dont have the courtesy to inform the customers, neighter courteous.
I wasted much of my time and efforts by opting to buy on Futurebazar getting trapped by their website. More over the items which they lists are much more costlier than other sites. Service is so pathetic, no products they have. Dont ever get trapped.
Never try on Future bazar.we all have had enough with FB.
