If the mouthshut would have allowed me to rate Future Generali 1-10. I would have given 0 rating.
The claim got registered after 7-days after calling so many times. They dont have labour tie up with many authorized car service dealers.
I have taken a Chevrolet Car and the Bumper was damaged by a minor accident. The surveyor inspected the vehicle and said we dont have labour tie up with the authorized dealer and directed me to some unauthorized dealers. He said you need to pay the labour difference where as other insurance company pays full labour charge.
The behavior of the FG staff is unbearable. My headlamp was broken and initially surveyor told 50% ill be paid and later he said we cannot pay anything for headlamp because its in a good condition. How cheap this is :(.
Guys Beware of these guys... These are all bloody cheaters :(
