Frontech UPS I purchased this UPS two years ago.As Frontech a well-Known brand I bought this by hearing the brand name and it has a 1-year warranty.But this UPS was not so good as I faced some issues after using it for one year.It is very easy to use and connect to the system.We can follow the given manual and connect this to a computer.
One day while working on the computer the power gone and the computer suddenly turned off. Then I noticed that the UPS is not working.I just called the customer care and complained about the issue the technician came after three days and changed some components and charged me Rs 500 for the parts that have been changed in the UPS.
After that, for 4 months it worked properly and recently it is not giving backup supply properly and consumes lot of power to get a charge.I am dissatisfied with this product as it cannot work for a longer time any felt this product was not worthy.
I could not recommend this product as the durability is not good and a waste of money if we spend on this.
