This platform is totally unreliable and fraud... I had placed an order on Friday evening and delivery was scheduled between 8-11 am on Sunday.. I got lot of messages showing various stages like order accepted, Quality check done, packed, handed over for dispatch and out for delivery.. But it never reached me.. These fellows are so useless that did not even update me about any change.. Finally when I informed them after 11am about delivery not happening, I got a call after 10 minutes telling that they are not able to deliver.. The lame excuse given was quality issue.. Have you ever heard about quality check after dispatch.. I had never heard courier doing quality checks... These fellows might be short of the stuff or might have sold to somebody else on higher rate... Now my plannef lunch with guests is in jeopardy.. My advise to everybody is never order anything on this platform.
