We Hindus wish to has our traditional way of slaughtering the food we eat. Wish and request you differentiate the "HALAL CUT" and
"JATKA " sell them. In halal cut process, the animal( sheep, goat chicken etc suffer a lot, whereas instant kill happens in JATKA process( the neck is broken by a twist. In this process the mutton / meat is tastier too.
