I rate the brand 4 now as they did respond to my issue within a week. Their product quality is very good so no problem with that.
I was so happy to find Rohu fish eggs on Fresh To Home's website. I ordered it for the 2nd time today and had invited in a few of my friends for a special dinner. But to my horror, when I opened the packet, it wasn't rohu fish's eggs but something else altogether. I called their customer care number 5 times, no one picked up, wrote twice on their email, yet no response. Now my hard-earned 500 rupees got wasted and I still don't have the rohu egg on my plate. Most of all it's very disgusting to find something you don't even eat having been delivered to you. Imagine a vegetarian opening a packet of meat, that is how I felt, cheated and disgusted. Very bad service. You should check before you send away the parcel for delivery. Plus there is no quick way to reach anyone to resolve your queries. The customer care number is always busy and no one responds through mail, so how can anyone trust a vendor like this.
