Fish they delivered is stale and rubbery. When I wrote a complaint, I received a call three days later. As if adding salt to injury, the representative offered a 50% refund. I still haven't got the logic... Entire fish is stale.. We couldn't consume even a small bit. But the company wants to refund 50% of the amount.
I never asked for refund in the first place. Least the company could do is to replace the order with a fresh portion.
I'm not sure if I will continue sourcing from this company anymore....
