Was a regular user of freecharge. But never left big amount in wallet.
Used it to book railway tkt recently. Due to some reasons had to cancel the train. And the nightmare starts. Freecharge refunded d amount. But askd me to wait 2 days to get it into the bank. I transfrrd it to my bro aas he has freechrge linkd with bank.
After two days when he tried to withdraw the money, suddenly account got suspended. Widout any warning, email, contact or anythng.
Dey reverted it back to me from my bro account. And m seeing my money in d wallet. But not able to use it, withdraw it or send it to anybody.sometime they r sayin otp error, sometym failed. And dis is goin on. Dont knw if I vl get dat money ever.
Evn rechrge r failing frm my account. And Freechrge is happily keeping my money
