Today I am going to review on a recharging app - Freecharge.in
Freecharge is a e-commerce website in Mumbai, Maharastra. Freecharge provides us online facility to recharge prepaid mobile phone, DTH cards and other services in India. I started using Freecharge for my mobile and DTH recharges since last week. I am here with some of its disadvantages. These are my personal views about this app.
So, here are they : -
MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE NOT DONE.
Many of the recharge app including FREECHARGE has this problem. The money gets deducted but the recharge does not take place. This problem is a very major issue and should be resolved immediately.
WORST CUSTOMER CARE.
Freecharge has got very very worst customer care in India. When we call the customer care, they give no response and make silly excuses about the problem. Its customer care should be improved or else its foundation will get weak in India.
NOT A USER FRIENDLY APP.
Freecharge is not at all a user friendly app. Reason being that it always crashes while loading and has a very slow loading speed. The layout is very boring too.
