I am sharing my personal experience of mine with freecharge.
I have received a mail toay from them, that I will get rs50 casshback twice on recharge of rs 50 or more by promocode DA5050.
Then I made a recharge of rs 198 of my BSNL prepaid mobile with order ID -FCVA160122304925674, again I made a recharge of rs 88 on same number with that promocode. Promocode applied succesfully, I made payment and recharge was successful with ID - FCVA160122304955947
But when I see there is no cashback for the latter transaction. It takes too much time also to complete that transaction.
I drop a mail to them regarding this, they said that I have to wait more 24 hours to get the cashback.If it only takes 24 hours to get cashback then how I got cashback on previous recharge. Now I am waiting for there reply.
