Recently I have been in pune, maharastra. I have landed in this hotel called four points by sheraton. The cost is okay but the charges individually are high. The ambience is good. We have been into hotel for 4 days. The food is plus point. The treatment and hospitality is good. The rooms are lavishly decorated with added small art galleries.
The best part is the wellness of the staff people, they were so welcoming and kind hearted. Their involement in problem solving is good. There is 24 hour water supply as well as electricity. The electronic and electric appliances in the room are working fine and arranged perfectly. There is a positivity in the hotel and anyone can get attracted to this place because of the staff dexterity and well being ness of the staff people. The food is arranged at regular intervals and all kind of food is available like north indian, southern spice, north east and north west foods. The scenery outside of this hotel covers entire pune city and refreshening.
Overall a perfect hotel in terms of calmness, ambience and service. There are no flaws and the hotel has been managed very finely. Room quality is absolutely good and fine. Guest services are taken care of, with 100% involvement. They react immediately once they are said to do any work. Value for money is okay.
