I bought Ecosport in this month .The vehicle stopped on road several times and scratched by some other car .l felt like Ford is cheating the people by selling cars with duplicate parts.The service centre replace the PCM and cables on the new car and they deny to give me the proper repair records.The customer care from Ford offered a free 3rd year extended warranty but that I was paid already during the car purchase .I have communicated with customer care several time to get an proper answer , but they never replied.The price is very high as compare to other company car.
